📜 Terms & Conditions for From Martyr to Magnetic Mama Summit & Sankalpa Women’s Collective Retreats

1. Introduction

Welcome to Sankalpa Women’s Collective and our events including the From Martyr to Magnetic Mama Virtual Retreat and all affiliated workshops, summits, retreats, and online programs (“Event(s)”).

By registering, purchasing, or participating in any of our Events, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Event Participation

• Your participation in our virtual and/or in-person events is voluntary and at your own risk.

• We reserve the right to refuse participation, revoke access, or remove participants from any event for disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior without a refund.

• The content provided is for educational, informational, and transformational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

• Virtual Events (Summits, Workshops): Tickets to our virtual events are typically free with an option to upgrade to paid offers (such as the VIP Temple Pass). Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

• In-Person Retreats: Deposits are non-refundable. Full payment terms, refund policies, and cancellation details for retreats will be provided at the time of registration.

• If an event is cancelled by us, participants will be given the option for a refund or credit towards future events.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content shared in our events, including videos, workbooks, slides, and recordings, is the intellectual property of Sankalpa Women’s Collective and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

• Purchasing or registering for an event grants you personal, non-transferable access to the materials provided.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

We deeply respect your privacy:

• Any personal information collected (name, email, payment information) is securely stored and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

• Participation in community spaces (such as the Summit Sisterhood Facebook group) is subject to group guidelines. Confidentiality within the group is encouraged but cannot be fully guaranteed by us.

• By participating, you agree not to record, duplicate, or share other participants' contributions without their permission.

6. Media Release

By attending, you acknowledge that sessions may be recorded. Your presence in video calls, live events, or community spaces grants us permission to use photos, video, or audio for marketing or promotional purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

Our events often include guided rituals, embodiment practices, breathwork, and other activities that may impact physical and emotional well-being:

• You are solely responsible for your physical, emotional, and mental health during participation.

• Consult with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new practices, especially if you have existing medical conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sankalpa Women’s Collective, Marni Beninger, and all event facilitators are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in our programs or events.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and any disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction.
